The extremely breathable Air mesh upper is mounted on a soft EVA platform (wider at the toe and lower in the heel) for optimal shock absorption in any condition and reduced ramp angle. The integrated lacing system uses a strap sewn into an internal stretch fabric with high frequency reinforcements on the external mesh. This allows for greater versatility in boot tension throughout the boot, thereby improving comfort levels. Ultra Raptor combines the performance benefits of a close-fitting construction method with those of shape-derived comfort and wider outsole. The result is a product that can be used for several hours and is the ideal choice for endurance trails and all types of off-road trails.

This is a great shoe I’m on my second pair.Seller needs to put product in a box when shipping. I received this product and the box was damaged. I'm returning these shoes because they're too small...too tight for my feet. The size says 8.5, but fits like a 7.5. They look great though - I love the color and design.Very nice shoes, but almost tight for no reason. These shoes remind me of how tight football cleats are. These may be too tight for intended purposes, but will be fine as casual wear as long as it's not for longGreat seller great product arrived faster than expected. Exactly as stated. Will be hitting the swampy trails here in Florida right away!Love the shoes. Never had a Lasportiva, but its well made surprisingly stylish, very comfortable. I have flat feet and it gives me sturdy support for my arch. Very very happy with.I love these shoes, order yours a half size bigger. I should have returned them for a larger size, but I will order another pair, just a half size larger than I normally do.I really wanted to like these shoes because I felt based on all the online descriptions they were going to be perfect for the type of trail running I do. Its mostly a mix of running and hiking on generally steep, dry, rugged trails that we have here in southern california. So i wanted a durable shoe, that had superb grip going up and down steep inclines. The sole on this shoe is super grippy. But because its so grippy im almost certain they would not last long. Very soft rubber sole, and the small nubs on the lugs are great for grip, but i could already tell after a few miles they would not last for long.So yeah the grip was great, but the reason for ending up having to return these was the poor fit, on my feet at least. They were okay width wise and length wise, (i normally wear a size 11.5 and ordered a 12-- was still maybe a little too small for a hiking/trail running shoe- if i had to do it all over again and the fit issue i had with them was non-existent i would have gotten a 12,5). BUT something was definitely off in the heel. I have a slight case of overpronation, but for some reason i felt these shoes really added to that. After around 2 miles, i already started forming blisters on the inside of my ankle. Further, my feet felt extremely tired and sore, and the front of my ankle, right at the area where the shin connects to the foot was extremely sore. Not sure if it was a mix of how stiff the shoe was, the tight heel counter or what, but that was the first time my feet felt that way from just walking a couple miles (wasnt even a trail with any incline, just straight and flat).Would give 2.5 stars if I could, but because of the grip and potential for better fit on someone elses foot ill give it 3I have had La Sportiva shoes in the past and on me i wear a size 9.5 in other shoes, but 10 in these. Really well built shoe!Brilliant shoe. Couldn't be better.I have very wide feet, so I went for half size up, and all good. Fantastic build quality! L'estetica è soggettiva, ma a me piacciono.
