Okay, so the camera is tiny and lagged. So it has a poor turning radius while moving forward, and flips upside down instead of going in reverse. Before any of you ask: "no, it cannot work underwater" (although it does seem to be resistant to puddles, do not quote me on that). With this bad news out of the way, it really is pretty fun to mess around with. This product is as tough as advertised. I tested mine by throwing it across a hallway and driving down a flight of stairs. Not a dent, and it still works fine. It got stuck a couple times on it's side and spun around until I got it moving again. It only has a shorter turning radius while moving; you have to stay in place to do a pivot turn but when you are in place it spins around a bit too fast for you to control (but does 360s very quickly). I was actually surprised that the camera worked at all to tell the truth, but it is great that this technology is based off of modern military equipment and is available to the general public (and to our kids). I can plainly see it's real life application in the Military or on a Swat team. Training our younger generation to use these types of devices now could even save many lives later on.
