Going to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, in December and needed a comfortable boot to walk around in outside. Tried several sizes of this boot and finally decided that one size up from my normal size 10 was the perfect boot. It has to fit well with thick socks so that’s why the larger size. This boot is fully lined on the inside and very comfortable and extremely easy to get off and on. Of course, I am a big sketchers fan anyway so that’s why I selected this brand to try refining my boots.I am always looking for a nice ankle snow boot to wear when I don't need the heavy duty snow boots. These are perfect for quick trips to the store in light snow. I love that they have the zipper on the side so I don't have to constantly tie the boots because I am lazy with my shoes! And the color is almost a plum which I like. I wear an 8-1/2 and that's what I bought. They fit perfectly but might even be able to go up a half size if you want to wear extra thick socks.Love these boots! Warm and stylish. Delivers the comfort you expect from sketchers. Love the zipper so that I don’t have to deal with laces , so can put on quickly. Only reason I took off a star is that a pull on tab at back of boot would make it easier to pull on, since even with the zipper, it takes a bit of tugging. Not a big issue, but would have been a nice feature.I found this boot to fit true to size, but I did size up 1/2 size so I could insert better arch supports. It worked beautifully and these are now the most comfortable winter boots I've ever owned. Super lightweight, warm and comfortable! The zipper makes them easy to slip on and off and I find myself reaching for these instead of my lace-up boots.
