I purchased this mattress in 2013 for about the same price it's selling for now in 2021. It was great for about 5 years, but started to deteriorate since then. The baffling material inside has slowly degraded to the point that now, in 2021, it's basically full motion. I add conditioner on a regular basis, so I don't think that's the issue. For the price ($180) I guess I'd say I got my money's worth, but now I'm shopping for something a bit higher quality and longer lasting.I like this mattress.It is really comfortable and does not slosh around.My only complaint was that after getting it set up and filled I noticed water coming up around the headboard.I pulled back the mattress and there was a steady stream of water coming from a puncture in the mattress.The box wasn`t damaged and I didn`t use anything sharp to open it.I only opened it after I was ready to put it to use.It took me all night to drain it back out and dry.They sent a patch kit with it and luckily I had the glue ,so it was a minor set back.Overall, I am quite satisfied with the mattress. Sturdy construction and good support. One thing I did note was the lack of smell. Our last mattress had a very prevalent plastic odor for a few weeks. This one did not. A nice thing. It's accurately described and shipping was on time.Wrong size the return process on here is a joke, seller said they accept returns and to just send it back. Shipping it to me was flat ups rate of 23.00 when I went to try to send it ups today was told it would be 93.00! What a rip off so now I am stuck with the wrong size mattress I have to try to dump via craigslist or some other venue. Won't ever make a purchase of anything bulky on here again or anything else for that matter.It was a horrible shipping, we had to pay almost $25 to get shipped but we got it 4 days later ,after the gave us the fram time when the item is suppose to be shipped.... But the funny thing is that when we called they didnt even know where the item was at the time we were calling.... i dont recommend that at all it should not even get one star,but i had to in order to write my comment.this mattress is well made of durable material and it is very comfortable with the lumbar support. I recommend it.I've slept in a waterbed since they first hit the market...back in the days before heaters and motionless mattresses. I was skeptical about getting a mattress with "lumbar support". It sounded gimmicky. Turns out this is the most comfortable waterbed I've slept in in more than 40 years! Built well. Recommended highly.good quality
